Job Description:
We're looking for a creative social media coordinator to join
our growing team. You'll play a key role in building our brand's
online presence, engage with industry influencers, create
compelling branded content across our social media platforms, and
keep the team updated with monthly analytic reports. If you're a

Responsibilities:
Oversee the activity across our social media accounts including
Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Work with the social media manager to establish our brand's online
identity
Create a digital strategy with compelling content across our social
media accounts that corresponds with our digital marketing
goals
Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint
new media opportunities
Deliver monthly reports from our web traffic using Google Analytics
and social platforms and advise on improvements
--- Identify new media opportunities and connect with ideal
candidates to join a specific project
--- Develop the project's online presence through digital
marketing
--- Create a marketing strategy to engage with and enlist potential
leads, with compelling content across all of our marketing
platforms
--- Manage and monitor specific social media accounts and
strategies for this project including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
and LinkedIn
--- Send email reminders to new and current registrants
--- Create Landing/Registration Pages in Hubspot for project
sessions
--- Create and send welcome emails & marketing campaigns to all
project registrations
--- Monitor and add/remove new/old contacts
--- Work with the media team to create messaging, scripts, and
bullet points for filming various promotional videos specific to
the project
--- Work closely with the marketing director and project account
manager and communicate updates and revisions to the marketing
team
--- Attend team huddles 3x a week, prepared with updates and
communications
--- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings where you will
share your stats and reports and receive feedback from the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related
field
Deep knowledge of current industry trends across LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Has experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and
video
Applicant should be a strong project manager with excellent
communication skills and time management skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer or social media
strategist
--- 1-2+ years as a marketing assistant, coordinator, or similar
work experience
--- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, or related
field
--- Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media
platforms
--- Must possess excellent communication skills, time management
skills, and a strong work ethic
--- Experience with lead generation and reporting
--- Hubspot experience helpful, but not required
--- Asana experience is helpful, but not required
--- Attention to detail is a must
