Job Description Job Description Commercial Project Manager Commercial Project Manager Located: Salt Lake City, UT Position Overview You will lead multiple concurrent construction projects with an annual total value of $12-$20 million. Acting as the primary strategic liaison for clients, you'll oversee all phases of project delivery-from pre-construction through closeout-while ensuring operational excellence and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial controls and cost management practices. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality of work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management within the construction industry. Proven experience with financial controls and budget management in construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Procore and/or Sure Track Scheduling is preferred.
