Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department operations. This role is responsible for driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while developing a high-performing service team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in fixed operations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the service department, including advisors, technicians, and support staff • Drive service department profitability through effective labor, parts, and expense management • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strong CSI performance • Develop, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians • Monitor and improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality control • Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations • Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively • Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management teams to support dealership goals • Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements Qualifications • 3–5 years of automotive service management experience (CDJR experience preferred) • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills • Solid understanding of fixed operations KPIs, warranty administration, and service processes • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Why Logan, Utah?
