self-motivated and competitive MicroTechnology Sales Specialist and
a MicroTechnology Sales Manager for the Western US--who is driven
to sell high-value products in a large and exciting territory. You
will engage new customers while maintaining a high level of service
for our current ones. We value life and work balance; this role
will cover our Western US territories and requires 50% travel
regionally.We are looking for an empowered individual--with an
excellent work ethic to be an engaging sales leader that can
understand our customer networks and can drive change. We need a
strong team player to support the other Sales Managers while
focusing on micro-conversion and share-growth.--You will be the
voice of the customer, the local face of Dura-Line, and the
knowledge powerhouse of a market-leading industry. We will invest
in you and develop your capabilities to become the subject matter

with end-users, engineers, contractors, distribution centers, and
manufacturing reps to find opportunities to sell our
MicroTechnology solutions.As the technical expert of fiber cable
applications, pathways, and micro-conducts, you will carry out
training presentations, participate in tradeshows, and showcase how
to sell our products in a quickly expanding market. It is a plus if
you have conduit installation, fiber cabling/splicing, network
design, and/or FFTX hands-on experience.Eager for a Challenge?--We
need a resourceful individual who is business-focused and motivated
by selling high-value--products. You will be responsible for
launching and pushing the growth of MicroTech products which is a
rapidly growing segment, manage your day-to-day sales activities,
and expand your network. We need an agile results-driven individual
to work strategically to understand our customers, educate them on
our product, and provide them solutions to fill their business
needs.Use Data to Empower You!--Your success depends on staying
relevant in the field by studying market trends, keeping an eye on
the competition, and comparing pricing levels. Experience with
Microsoft Office suite will help you in your account planning,
project tracking, and sales forecasting (SalesForce is a plus). You
will also need to be able to embrace new sales methodologies, new
technology, and innovative ideas.We are looking for an outgoing
individual that has worked in the communications industry--for 3+
years and is familiar with fiber optic cables,
infrastructure/pathways, and has a passion for sales, learning, and
helping others succeed. Knowledge is power! A degree in
engineering, marketing, or sales or RCDD certification is
preferred, but if you have 3-5 years of relevant technical sales
industry (datacom/telecom) experience we want to talk to you!
