Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term,
trusting relationships with our key accounts. The Account Manager's
role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new
business from existing clients and actively seek new sales
opportunities.
Responsibilities:
--- Make outbound calls to clients on a daily basis
--- Nurture business relationships with our existing clients,
including with company executives, real estate broker/owners,
office managers, and corporate trainers
--- Assess the client's level of engagement with our products and
ensure regular engagement opportunities are being fulfilled via
events and webinars
--- Work well with others on the Workman Success Team
--- Some travel may be required
Qualifications:
--- Must have excellent communication skills, be dynamic,
articulate and have an end-results mentality
--- Positive enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated
--- Organizational time management and follow-up skills are a
must
--- Strong listening skills to assess client needs and obstacles to
success
--- Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and lead technology
applications
--- The 3 P's: Passion, Persistence, Personality!
--- Past experience as an Account Manager is a huge plus
