Job DescriptionWhistic is growing, and our customers are at the heart of everything we do! We're looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and create an exceptional post-sales success lifecycle for our customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer interactions at Whistic. You will also own implementations, renewals, expansion and ongoing customer success. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who is resilient, enthusiastic and creative in how they approach challenges and significant responsibilities.What You'll Do

  • Own the entire post-sales experience including onboarding, implementation renewals, up-sells, and strategic account management
  • Act a trusted advisor and advocate internally by working cross-functionally to deliver on customers need
  • Be the expert when it comes to our product/industry and ensure we're providing and communicating our value to decision makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers
  • Develop insight and understanding of customer's business needs and goals
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion What You'll Need
    • Experience in a SAAS B2B customer facing or Implementation role
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • 1+ years experience managing a growing book of enterprise customers
    • Experience with customer ticketing, customer success and CRM software
    • Self-motivated and competitive with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience helping build out a team from the ground up is a plus
    • Experience in a rapidly growing startup is a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Benefits
