As the Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to develop and execute a forward-thinking vision for the future of our clinic. We currently have two highly collaborative veterinarians on staff and are looking to grow our veterinarian team.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the clinic's growth and development
      • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of veterinary professionals and support staff
      • Ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care and client service
      • Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions
      • Collaborate with NVA to leverage resources and implement best practices
      • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and advancement of the clinic
        Qualifications:

        • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
        • Leadership or management experience within a veterinary setting
        • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
        • Ability to envision and execute strategies for growth and development
