Our company is in search of a Staff Pharmacist. The Staff Pharmacist role will be primarily responsible for verifications of cannabis orders and patient consultations.Benefits:401(k) with 100%-- employer match up to 3% and 50% match for the following 2%Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Employer paid $25,000 of basic life coverageEmployees who are active medical cannabis patients are eligible for an employee discount of 35% off of WholesomeCo products and 15% off of 3rd party products--Responsibilities include:Verify all pharmacy transactions for accuracy and compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policiesProvide consultations to patients and prospective patientsMaintain store operational standardsMaintain a safe, clean environment for patients and employeesMaintain patient confidentialityDirectly supervise all activity within the facilityOversee daily inventory operationsAssist patients with their questions, problems, and complaintsHandle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policyPromote a positive experience for all patientsDirect and oversee all patient interactions and provide clinical counselingCoordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomesOther job duties as requested--Qualifications:Desire to learn about cannabis as a medicine--Certified Registered Utah State PharmacistPharmacy experience requiredExperience working in a heavily regulated industry necessaryStrong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teamsSubject to background check per state cannabis regulationsAbility to work weekends preferredAbility to remain compliant with all applicable laws as well as company SOPs and guidelinesAbility to communicate effectively via, email, phone calls, text, or any other methods frequently used within the companyReliable transportation to and from workBasic computer skills (i.e. email, excel)Customer service experience for the time that you will be working at our pharmacyAbility to stand or sit for 8-12 hours--Cannabis Knowledge:WholesomeCo will provide access to medical cannabis educational toolsDevelop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, side effects, and available productsUnderstand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery--WholesomeCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
