We are located in a peaceful and beautiful setting in Farmington, Utah. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. See www.bridgehousehealth.com for more information.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is responsible for administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contributing to the nursing assessment and development of a nursing care plan, and participating in the evaluation of nursing care.Job DutiesSupports nursing care standards through adherence to Bridge House policies and procedures.Assesses residents, records vital signs, collect patient information.Observes and records patient behavior.Performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests.Reads and interprets patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate.Uses care plans as a basis for providing safe and therapeutic care to residents.Communicates with residents regarding their medical care.Accepts accountability for clinical care of residents including supervision of nonprofessional personnel.Administers medication to residents.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) license requiredMust pass background checkValid drivers license, good driving record, and reliable transportationAbility to work independently using critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsCompletes and submits all documentation in a timely manner according to company policyAssessment and clinical skillsExcellent observation, verbal, and written communication skillsSelfdirected and initiative, ability to make decisions and solve problemsBasic math skillsGood stress management skills, tolerance, and flexibilityCustomer focus, service, and communication skillsRelationship builder with team and partnersOrganization and detail orientationImplementation, followthrough, and accountabilityTime management and prioritizationWorking RelationshipsDirector of Nursing, Medical Director, Nursing StaffAbout Bridge House LLCBridge House is the premier diagnostic and assessment-oriented residential treatment center for adults.
