Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
occupational therapy services in a dynamic school setting located
in West Valley City, UT, supporting the developmental and
functional needs of students. This role involves collaboration with
educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student
success and independence. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate
students' occupational therapy needs within the educational
environment. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to support student goals. Collaborate with teachers and
staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom
activities. Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights
to multidisciplinary planning. Preferred Qualifications and
Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state
credentials. Experience working in school-based settings. Strong
communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to diverse
student populations and learning environments. Willingness to
travel as required within the West Valley City area and possibly
