Please note, this position is located at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT.Description Deer Valley Resort hires Culinary and Baking and Pastry students who need to complete their Internship/ Externship requirements to graduate. - We place students in various positions based on their emphasis. Students have the opportunity to learn from professional Chefs in a variety of settings. -Deer Valley Resort has many restaurants and three from scratch Bakeries. - Depending on Internship location and shift, job duties will vary from cooking a'la carte, buffet style set-ups and service, line cook, and line set-ups. The opportunity to learn about guest service, food presentation, and prepare food promptly and efficiently. - The Bakery students will learn breads, pastries, plated desserts and more.
