Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a passionate and dedicated Executive Chef for
the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium, a role that is critical in
maintaining our commitment to excellent service. The Executive Chef
will be instrumental in overseeing all culinary operations within
the aquarium, adapting to various dining concepts and ensuring each
dish meets the high standards our patrons and partners expect. This
role requires not only culinary expertise but also innovative menu
development and effective management of kitchen staff to elevate
the overall dining experience. The Executive Chef must be committed
to sustainability and capable of managing food service operations
that align with Aramark's values of innovation and excellence.
Design and implement seasonal and event-specific menus that align
with sustainability practices and meet cost targets. Manage daily
kitchen operations and coordinate with the broader food service
team across the facility. Train and mentor kitchen staff on
culinary skills and health safety standards. Ensure compliance with
all health codes and regulations. Maintain inventory and procure
ingredients that align with quality and sustainability guidelines.
Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction and
streamline operations. Proven ability in menu development and cost
management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to
effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Extensive knowledge
of different culinary techniques and cuisines. Ability to handle
multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to sustainability and quality control. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Executive Chef
(CEC) preferred. ServSafe Certification required.
