**Starting Hourly Pay at between $20.00 - $22.00+/hr. DOE**
Do you have experience with payroll, data entry, and customer service? Are you looking to work with one of the fastest-growing retail convenience industry leaders? Maverik is seeking a motivated Payroll Administrator to join our Amazing Logistics Team! As an admin, you will be responsible for processing Drivers' payroll, managing AP/AR invoices, and maintaining data files and reporting. -

What You'll do as a Payroll Administrator:

• Process payroll by established deadlines including but not limited to entering driver daily loads, reviewing discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification, and advising the supervisor of issues
  
• Enter driver's special pay requests daily
  
• Address payroll questions and provide accurate information to employees and managers
  
• Escalate any payroll concerns, and load errors to the appropriate department
  
• Perform day-to-day processing/coding of accounts payable invoices
  
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality and protects sensitive data
  
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
  
  You'll Be a Great Fit if you Have:
  
  
  • High School Diploma/ GED required
    
  • Extracurricular certifications or Degree a plus
    
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
    
  • A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems -
    
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs - -
    
  • Data entry experience in a payroll-related role preferred
    
  • Customer service experience preferred
    
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Query, Power BI preferred -
    
  • Transportation or Logistics Industry experience a plus
