Position Info: POSITION SUMMARYThe Housekeeper maintains efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining all interior areas other than occupied tenant apartments in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition. The Housekeeper is expected to promote a clean, healthy environment for our residents.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCleans vacant units for occupancyResponsible for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildingsResponsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residentsResponsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all timesResponsible for courteous, efficient response at all timesAssure safety practices are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelinesFollow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state and federal lawsRegular, on-time attendanceSpecial projects and other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: POSITION QUALIFICATIONSAbility to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and basic numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.Ability to apply to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
