Under the general direction of the
nursingsupervisor and under the clinical direction of the
physician, independentlyprovides individualized care using the
nursing process for patients routinelyseen on the unit. Considers
ages of patients when fulfilling patient careresponsibilities.
Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret informationin
terms of the patient's needs; possesses knowledge of growth and
development;and has an understanding of the range of treatment
needed. Must also meet therequirements for the hyperbaric nurse
according to HMS standards for care ofpatients in the Hyperbaric
Chamber.
Sandwiched between Salt Lake and Ogden, Bountiful has a population
ofapproximately 50,000 and a small town charm and family-oriented
