Job DescriptionWhistic is growing, and we're looking for an
experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our Sales team! You are
joining Whistic at an exciting time. You have the ability to come
in and have a large impact on the continued growth of the company.
As an AE, you are responsible for aligning the value of our product
offerings with potential customers needs. As a result, you'll also
be expected to play a key role in building pipelines and creating
new opportunities, in addition to managing the entire sales cycle.

apply!This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who
had a proven record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas, who is
resilient, enthusiastic and creative in how they approach their
work.What You'll Do
- Learn the competitive landscape and master customer needs in
order to effectively articulate the Whistic value proposition to
individuals at target companies
- Develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns to key
decision makers in IT security
- Contact, qualify and nurture leads via phone, email, LinkedIn,
ZoomInfo and Outreach.io in order to actively build a pipeline of
qualified sales opportunities
- Move deals through the pipeline from qualified opportunities to
closed won in an efficient manner, by generating quotes, working
through pricing discussions, overcoming objections, navigating
legal and security reviews and getting signed agreements
- Work closely with the Customer Success organization to ensure
that customers are successfully implemented, referenceable and
primed to renew in the future
- Keep Salesforce up to-date with activity and qualification
notes, sales pipeline forecasts, and account details
- Deliver consistently against quota
- Proactively provide feedback on processes, product and
messaging to help our organization learn and adapt to newly
discovered best practice
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years relevant experience in a sales or sales-related
role
- Experience with sales related tools (Outreach, Gong.io,
Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
- Effective communication - ability to have strategic,
business-oriented conversation at the VP and C-level, conveying
technical differentiators to drive business value.
- Intellectual curiosity - will research each account and use
that research to develop a hypothesis about how the solution will
likely create value for the prospect.
- Ability to drive consensus- work with buying team and develop
champions to target the Economic Buyer
- Quick learner - demonstrated ability to quickly learn new
