Overview North Canyon Care Center in Bountiful is seeking a dependable, organized and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, to join our outstanding team! We welcome all levels of experience Tuition Reimbursement Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance options Shifts Available: Days - 6am-6pm Nights - 6pm - 6am Wage: $27.00/hr - $29.97/hr DOE + $3/HR Night Differentlial is available WE ARE OFFERING $3000 Sign on bonuses for the Full-Time, Night nurses in Bountiful! $1500 at 90 days and the remainder at 180!! Responsibilities Responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Qualifications Demonstrates working knowledge of infection control principles and practices. Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff, residents and family members. Must meet all local health regulation and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry. Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics. INDLN125 working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
