Job Description:

We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
--- Find contact information for key real estate agents (6-figure to 8-figure real estate agents) through internal tools, external searching, and 3rd party tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Google.)
--- Generate appointments with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
--- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
--- Design and create, multi-touch outreach campaigns to drive interest across our ideal customer base

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
