Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Teacher to join our team at Deer Valley Resort. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged two months to 12 years in a safe and organized environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide positive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and lesson plans that promote learning and development.
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to state licensing policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with children in private or childcare settings.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Able to lift at least 30 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
