Utah, potential for 1 remote day/week Overview: Our Product
Development team plays a central role in bringing thoughtfully
designed home goods to life, from furniture and décor to bedding,
bath, rugs, and pillows. We are looking for a highly organized,
detail-oriented, and motivated early-career professional who is
excited to learn the product development process from the ground
up. As a Product Development Coordinator, you will support our
senior product developers and managers across both hardgoods and
softgoods categories. This is an ideal role for someone who loves
interiors, thrives on organization, and wants to build a long-term
career in product development. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the
full lifecycle of product creation while working closely with our
design, sourcing, and merchandising teams. Who We Are: Founded in

Responsibilities: Product Development Support Assist product
developers and managers with day-to-day coordination of home
product projects across hardgoods and softgoods Maintain seasonal
trackers, timelines, and development calendars Help manage SKU
lists, specifications, and sample tracking documents Enter and
update product information in PLM and internal systems Support
sample reviews, approvals, and documentation Sample & Material
Coordination Receive, organize, label, and store physical samples
and materials Maintain digital and physical sample libraries
Prepare samples for internal reviews, photoshoots, and
presentations Track development samples and revisions Coordinate
sample handoff to Visual Styling and Creative teams
Cross-Functional Coordination Communicate with partners in
Sourcing, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations Support vendor
communications alongside senior team members Gather information for
Fulfillment and Customer Experience teams Assist with launch
readiness and product documentation Administrative & Organizational
Support Keep files, folders, and systems organized and up to date
Create basic reports and summaries for team meetings Track action
items and follow up on deadlines Support special projects as
assigned What You'll Bring: 0–2 years of experience in product
development, merchandising, design support, operations, or a
related field (internships welcome) Bachelor’s degree in design,
merchandising, business, or a related field preferred but not
required Strong interest in interiors, home furnishings, and
product development Highly organized with strong attention to
detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Clear,
professional written and verbal communication skills Eager to learn
and open to feedback and coaching Proficient in Google Workspace
and Excel (PLM, Airtable, or Backbone experience is a plus)
Reliable, proactive, and accountable Physical & Work Requirements:
Ability to lift and move boxes, samples, and materials weighing
approximately 5–15 pounds Comfortable working in a warehouse and
office environment Able to be on-site regularly at the Draper
Visual Warehouse and HQ Work Environment & Location: This role is
based in Draper, Utah. Due to the hands-on nature of working with
physical samples and collaborating across teams, candidates must be
located in the SLC, Utah Metropolitan Area and able to work in
