Please note, this position is located at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT.DescriptionPURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide housekeeping and minor maintenance at the Maintenance Facility.SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:Employee must possess the ability to identify and use a variety of cleaning products and toolsPossess the knowledge and ability to perform minor maintenance and up-keepEmployee must be able to identify safety hazards and take necessary action to correct themMust be able to speak, understand and read EnglishMust be age 21 at the time of hire A valid driver's license is required, along with an acceptable (insurable) driving record and be able to pass a DOT medical test (this is not the same as a CDL)Must be able to lift, carry and/or move heavy loads and be in good physical conditionMust be able to travel through snow to reach a building or piece of equipment with tools, and materials necessary to complete tasks assignedThe resort operates seven days a week. Work schedules will include weekends, on call, holidays and night shifts. Employee must be willing to work various shifts.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean the offices, break-rooms, restrooms and common areas at the Maintenance facility buildingsOrganize & clean work bays, outside areas, windows, vehicles and shop equipmentPaint areas of the Maintenance facilityRemove snow around fuel island, fire hydrants and entry waysReplace light bulbs and fire extinguishers when necessaryPerform daily, monthly or annual inspections of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations etc.Helper will assist personnel and perform various tasks at the Maintenance facility, on the Mountain or other locations as assignedRequirements
