To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices. SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS: Must have minimum 2 yrs experience in all aspects of maintenanceMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have High School diploma or GED equivalentMust work with flexible schedule, including weekends, late shifts and on-callMust be able to lift and carry 40 lbs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond in a timely fashion to work orders called in by guests, members and other departmentsProcess and turn in accurate and timely paperwork on a daily basisTrack outstanding work orders and follow up to completionPerform daily inspections of work areas and equipment to insure that they are neat and cleanPerform non work order related tasks as requested by departmental managerParticipate in annual unit check list program to maintain units in "as new" conditionLook for opportunities to upgrade the quality and safety of the property. Report these to management for actionOther duties and responsibilities as assigned
