Be a part of a growing team in Salt Lake City with the potential to work on various types of residential projects.This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Salt Lake City, UT office.WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and coordinate all phases of complex residential projects-from concept through construction-ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with client goals.
• Serve as a trusted technical expert, confidently presenting to clients and guiding them through design and documentation decisions.
• Provide clear direction and supervision to design and production teams, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and code-compliant.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and internal teams to develop and implement appropriate strategies and technical solutions.
• Perform in-depth quality control reviews
• Mentor staff and support their professional development through coaching and feedback.WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Proven experience delivering design and technical documentation for luxury residential homes is required.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and demonstrated ability to apply them creatively and effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration and initiative in driving projects forward.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven skill in leading architectural teams with professionalism and clarity.
  • High proficiency in Revit/BIM and SketchUp.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across concurrent projects.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    • Registered Architect in the state of UT
    • 8+ years of experience
    • Completion of Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
    • Passion for continued learning and professional growth.
    • Must be legallyauthorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions.
