Job Description:
We're looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to
help us reach our sales goals! You'll help us generate leads by
prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the
sales funnel. This is a great position for individuals who love

Responsibilities:
Work within your specific geography to find new business
opportunities
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other
forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales
pipeline and produce more qualified leads
Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and
quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on
prospective and past clients is current
Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a
quick response to customers
--- Work within your specific geography to find new business
opportunities
--- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following
up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of
communication
--- Keep the customer database updated to ensure the information on
prospective and past clients is current
--- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales
representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick
turnaround
--- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to
ensure they are being met
--- Prospecting
--- Following up with leads
--- Engage in sales training
--- Learn, practice, and create dialogue for more effective phone
calls
Qualifications:
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into
client databases
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by
car
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales
position or related field
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as
interpersonal skills and time management skills
--- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
--- Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills,
both written and verbal
--- A high school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree
preferred
--- 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
--- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by
car
