Job Description:
We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative
to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong
persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up
with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of
communication
Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies
to expand clientele
Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a
quick response to customers
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date
client information to the sales team
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure
they are being met
--- Find contact information for key real estate agents (6-figure
to 8-figure real estate agents) through internal tools, external
searching, and 3rd party tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
ZoomInfo, and Google.)
--- Generate appointments with potential customers via phone,
email, and other channels to understand their business needs and
identify opportunities
--- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover
opportunities for leads
--- Design and create, multi-touch outreach campaigns to drive
interest across our ideal customer base
Qualifications:
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills,
both written and verbal
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into
client databases
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by
car
Two years of previous sales experience

--- A high school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree
preferred
--- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is a
plus
