for a true hunter someone who thrives on outbound calling and
opening new doors. This role starts as an individual contributor
focused on prospecting and closing new business, with a clear path
to helping build, manage, and grow the outbound sales department.
Responsibilities Proactively call and engage medical practices,
hospitals, and healthcare facilities Conduct outbound B2B
prospecting and lead generation Set meetings and close new business
opportunities Track outreach and results consistently Help shape
and improve sales processes as we grow Over time, assist in hiring,
training, and managing new team members Requirements Experience
calling medical practices, hospitals, or healthcare facilities
preferred OR proven success in outbound B2B sales and cold calling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented Comfortable working
