Description: Dynamond Building Maintenance is seeking a
results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive our commercial growth.
In this role, you will strategically identify, qualify, and pursue
new business opportunities with large-scale commercial clients. The
Sales Executive will present tailored cleaning and facility service
solutions to executive-level decision-makers using a consultative
approach. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong,
long-term client relationships and work closely with our operations
team to ensure flawless service delivery and client satisfaction.
This role is designed for a high-performing hunter who excels at
opening doors, navigating rejection, and converting cold
opportunities into long-term client partnerships. It demands grit,
strategic prospecting, and the discipline to build and close a

American Fork, UT, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer,

Assistance Program Responsibilities: The candidate will: Prospect,
qualify, and develop early-stage relationships with high-value
commercial clients through disciplined outbound outreach, including
calls, emails, and in-person visits Drive opportunities through the
full sales cycle by conducting in-person meetings and site visits
Present customized facility service proposals to executive leaders,
manage follow-ups, negotiate, and close high-value deals to build
lasting client trust Collaborate with internal operations and
estimating teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client
satisfaction Build market presence and client loyalty through
networking and industry engagement Maintain accurate CRM data to
track prospect research, outreach, and results Manage a strong
sales pipeline, review progress with leadership, and analyze
monthly performance to identify areas for improvement Requirements
Requirements: The candidate must: Hold a bachelor’s degree or
comparable professional experience Have 3 years of demonstrated,
quantifiable B2B sales success, preferably in janitorial, facility
services, building maintenance, or a highly related industry Proven
success generating business through cold outreach and self-sourced
leads Possess exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion,
and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with
executive-level stakeholders Demonstrate the ability to articulate
a value proposition that directly addresses clients’ individual and
distinct needs Be people-oriented, customer focused, and assertive
in developing new client relationships Have outstanding
multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to work
independently Demonstrate sound business judgment, strong decision
making, superior written and verbal communication skills Be
available for up to 50% travel, primarily local within the assigned
territory, to support prospect meetings, site walks, and business
development activities Have computer proficiency in Microsoft
